Sites – With this user can look, navigate and manage their SharePoint sites. Clicking on sites will display the recent activities, files, subsites, pages and more. It also has the ability to share the site.

Links – This gives the users access to sites programmed for everyone in the organisation. These sites are curated by the admins from SharePoint home in Office365.

People – As the name refers, it’s all about the people in the organisation. This tab gives the user all the information about the colleagues and team members and also display the projects or assignments they are working on.

Search – If you don’t know where to find a document or want to know about a teammate then bring it to the search tab. Put the word and use the filters like site, file or people to refine your search.

Apart from all this, SharePoint app also links to other Office applications and allows users to have multiple accounts on-premises and online. User can also switch between his/ her accounts as needed.
